The night porter, Davide, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location in a charming town was ideal for exploring Milan, Verona, and Lake Garda. We were able to book our room last-minute and still felt warmly welcomed. The breakfast was also excellent, served at an early hour.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

The rooms at Hotel Michelangelo are awesome! I loved the fact that they have SMART TVs and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. It made me feel like I was at home, but with better technology!
Honestly, the only thing I didn't really like was that all rooms have a private bathroom. I prefer a shared bathroom sometimes, but that's just me.

The food during Christmas was really good and we enjoyed the decorations in the hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the major attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.
The rooms were not well-maintained and didn't meet our expectations for the price we paid. The heating system was not efficient and we felt cold throughout our stay.
